Preconstruction advice / information
Provides the client with information in relation to CDM duty holders, this information can then be used to assist the client with their duties and creation of the construction phase plan.
BREEAM Pre demolition / pre refurbishment audits (Would require a specialist / associate)
A specialist / associate would be required
Pre demolition / refurbishment audits can provide potential clients with advice which products (eg M&E, floor tiles, carpet tiles, services) can be reused or recycled before any hard / soft demolition. This can be used in tender documents and reported in potential sustainability / environmental reporting
Minimum standards documents
Document showing the benchmark standards expected from the principal contractor & any sub-contractors. This document would be issued out prior to any tenders so contractors would know the minimum standards and can price accordingly
Traffic management plans
Plans to show deliveries, vehicle & pedestrian movements, road closures, drawings highlighting road signage positioning
Capture Planning
Interlinks with BREEAM audits and sets out what can be re used, recycled or sent to landfill during the construction process. Additional support can be given to achieve net zero by 2050.
Design
Health and safety accreditations show the company / client have knowledgeable compliance with health and safety legislation.
PQQ's
Pre-qualification questionnaires are used to select a suitable contractor or supplier
Creating risk assessments / method statements
Bespoke method statements and risk assessments can be produced for the works undertaken on the project.

Fire risk assessments
Fire risk assessments are required to be completed by the principal contractor for all construction projects, these must include any revised legislation from the building safety act & fire safety order.
Health, safety & environmental audits / inspections
These audits will be produced by a competent person and will highlight any areas of improvement across the whole project, these audits can be used to measure KPI’s and health and safety performance.
Accident, incident, near miss investigations
Investigations can be carried out following an accident or unwanted event and find the root cause and put necessary procedures in place to help prevent a recurrence.
Training services
Bridgehead provide a variety of in-house training courses to support the development, knowledge and behaviours of your employees in relation to health and safety. Specialist construction training can also be provided if required.
