With 30 years’ Colin covers design inception to completion, including the delivery of sustainable engineered design achieving best value for clients; and challenging and testing the design and procurement options. By embedding collaborative processes into the delivery process he will ensure robust consultant appointments and scopes, through to managing design programmes and interfaces.
