Lee Wilson
Lee amounted over twenty years of experience at senior level within a variety of industries including OEM, automotive, global supply chain, oil and gas, air, medical and construction, both within the UK and globally. With both a qualified engineer and a master’s in business, he has continued to develop his education and experience with a solid growing number of qualifications and training.
As a strategic thinker with multi-level management and technology-use, Lee finds the best solution to any issues that arise throughout the project. Through his hands-on approach to his work and by focusing on the basic fundamentals of the organisation, Lee is able to support development and improvements using tools and techniques that he has embraced throughout his career.
Joe Mitchell
Joe brings a wealth of expertise and a proven track record in SHEQ leadership. With over 22 years of experience, Joe’s deep understanding of ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standards, coupled with his comprehensive knowledge of safety, health, environmental regulations and quality assurances processes makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
As Group SHEQ Lead, Joe offers a diverse range of skills and experience across various industry sectors, including precast concrete manufacturing, construction, reinforced concrete sub & superstructures, civils, temporary works, rail, heavy plant operations, lifting operations, waste management, groundworks, bulk excavation, earthworks, enabling works, water management, logistics and security.
His ability to drive continual improvement and deliver excellence in safety, health, environmental sustainability and quality management practices aligns perfectly with Bridgehead Consultancy’s commitment to providing top tier consultancy services to our clients. Joe’s hands on approach, coupled with his dedication to ensuring the highest standards of SHEQ makes him an indispensable member of our team.
